As always, all of the dishes I make are made using gluten free ingredients. I use Glutino Gluten Free Pantry All Purpose flour or Gluten Free Bisquick in place of flour and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Oats. I also use Barilla Gluten Free pasta in all of my pasta dishes. I use LaChoy soy sauce in my Asian inspired dishes as well. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding gluten free substitutions.
