Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8 baking dish with foil or parchement paper.

To make the crust combine the almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Stir in the melted butter until a thick dough forms.

In another mixing bowl beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, egg, sweetener and vanilla extract with an electric mixer.

Spoon the filling over the crust and spread smooth with an offset spatula.

Bake the cheesecake 35-45 minutes until the cheesecake has set and the filling is not wiggly in the center.
