Orange Creamsicle Cookies

These Orange Creamsicle Cookies are low-carb and gluten-free! Featuring white chocolate chips and orange zest, these keto cookies are perfect for any occasion and only have 2.5 net carbs each.

INGREDIENTS

– almond flour – baking soda – baking powder – unsalted butter – brown sugar

I found that adding just enough orange zest and using a sugar-free white chocolate chip gave that delicious orange-vanilla taste I had been craving!

In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Next, beat butter, golden Monkfruit sweetener, vanilla extract, and orange zest in a stand mixer bowl until creamy.

Add the egg, beating the mixture on low. Gradually pour in the almond flour mixture and beat on low speed until combined.

Lastly, mix in Lilly's White Chocolate Chips. Chill the mixture for 1 hour until the butter is solid.

Using a small cookie or ice cream scoop, drop the cookies onto a silicone-lined baking sheet (or lightly greased) baking sheet, evenly spaced.
