Ingredients
 

  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened and condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons dutch processed cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth, approximately 30 seconds.
  • Pour ice cream mixture in a loaf pan and freeze overnight.
