This sweet and spicy Honey Chipotle Chicken is an easy gluten free dinner with just 6 simple ingredients! It also makes a great meal prep lunch!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pound chicken breast, trimmed and sliced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the honey, adobo sauce, lime juice, garlic powder and garlic salt.
  • Microwave for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  • Place chicken in a plastic bag and pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Grill for 3 minutes on each side.
