Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup blood orange juice, about 2-3 blood oranges
  • 2 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 cup Champagne, (up to 1/2 cup if desired)
  • Fresh mint and blood orange slices, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Juice your oranges. Strain the pulp and seeds out, reserving the juice and discarding the solids.
  • In a champagne flute, add the blood orange juice and Cointreau.
  • Add ice if desired, then top with champagne.
  • Garnish with fresh mint and orange slices, then drink up!
