Get the Recipe: Bacon Deviled Eggs

Bacon Deviled Eggs make the perfect appetizer or side dish for parties or a group brunch. They are made with simple ingredients, are packed with complex flavors, and are ready to serve in just 15 minutes!

Ingredients
 

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled and halved
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp dill relish
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • Slice your eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside on a serving platter.
  • Mash the yolks into small crumbs with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and salt to the yolks and stir until uniform and smooth.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, then sprinkle with the bacon crumbles and fresh chives. Serve!

Notes

  1. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These are best served fresh though! 
  2. You can easily double this recipe for a crowd!
  3. Use sweet relish instead of dill for a slightly sweet and salty deviled egg.
