Instructions
Slice your eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Set the whites aside on a serving platter.
Mash the yolks into small crumbs with a fork.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, relish, and salt to the yolks and stir until uniform and smooth.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture, then sprinkle with the bacon crumbles and fresh chives. Serve!
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. These are best served fresh though!
You can easily double this recipe for a crowd!
Use sweet relish instead of dill for a slightly sweet and salty deviled egg.
