Ingredients
 

Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 8 oz grape tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing

For serving:

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 4 strips crispy bacon crumbled
  • ½ cup shaved or shredded parmesan cheese
  • Croutons optional, choose a gluten free option if on a GF diet

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, tomatoes, and Caesar dressing.
  • Spoon the filling into the lettuce leaves, then top with parmesan cheese, bacon, and croutons. Serve!
