In a large pitcher, stir together pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, Cointreau, honey simple syrup, and lime juice. Stir in the limes, pomegranate seeds, and fresh cranberries and chill until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, pour in the bottle of champagne and serve garnished with mint leaves and more sliced limes.
