Combine the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and wisk until combined.
Place the chuck roast in the bottom of a slow cooker and top with the sauce.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
Shred beef and toss in sauce. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
