- Chicken breast - Balsamic vinegar - Olive oil - Garlic - Salt - Pepper - Mozzarella - Pesto - Cherry tomatoes
Make the marinade by combining the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic and spices. Place the chicken in a plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over the chicken.
If making the entire dish on an outdoor grill place the grilled chicken in a grill-safe pan and top it with the fresh mozzarella and pesto. Add the dish to the grill and close the lid.
Lastly combine the chopped tomatoes and basil with a drizzle of good olive oil, salt, and pepper! Add the tomato salad right on top of the chicken and enjoy!
