Roasted Kale Chips are a crunchy and healthy snack! This recipe features a low and slow oven temperature to ensure perfectly crispy chips without overcooking!

Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups about one large bunch loosely torn kale, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or Spray oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon of Parmesan, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  • Spray a large cookie sheet with cooking spray, place kale leaves in a single layer, spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix spices in a small bowl, sprinkle evenly on kale.
  • Bake 12 minutes, shake and turn the kale. Bake 5-10 more minutes until crisp
  • Sprinkle with parmesan, enjoy!
