Ingredients
 

  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in a 4-6 quart slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours, or on high 4 hours.
  • Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred.
