These Chocolate Chip Protein Pancakes are lightened up and healthier than traditional pancakes!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup protein powder*
  • 2 tablespoons monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the wet ingredients together.
  • Slowly blend the wet ingredients into the dry and mix well.  Next, gently stir in the chocolate chips. 
  • Grease a skillet or griddle with coconut oil, then use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to transfer the batter to your skillet.
  • Cook the pancakes until bubbles form, then flip. 

Notes

You can use any variety of protein powder you prefer.
