Cut a straight line along the bottom of the head of cabbage to remove the toughest part of the stem. Slice the cabbage in half, and each half into 6 wedges.
Combine the Ranch Seasoning and Parmesan, set aside.
Drizzle each cabbage wedge with olive oil and sprinkle the parmesan mixture over the cabbage.
Wrap one slice of thinly sliced bacon around each cabbage wedge.
Bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake 10-15 minutes more until bacon is crisp.

Grilled Cabbage Instructions
Preheat a grill to high heat, approximately 400 degrees.
Follow steps #2-#5 listed above.
Place the bacon wrapped cabbage wedges on the grill and reduce the heat to medium heat, approximately 350 degrees.
Grill for 10 minutes, turn and grill another 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp.
