2heaping cups frozen strawberries
1/2cupBlanc de Noirs Sparkling Wine, or sparkling grape juice

Instructions
For the Mango Sorbet: Place the mango and wine in the blender and blend until smooth. Place mixture in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
For the Strawberry Sorbet: Place the strawberry and wine in the blender and blend until smooth. Place mixture in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
To assemble: Place two scoops of sorbet in a cup and pour chilled wine over the sorbet.
Notes
The amount of wine needed depends on the consistency of your fruit. You want to add enough liquid so that it blends smoothly but not so much that it's runny.
If you are using a dry sparkling wine, you may find that it's not very sweet. If you'd like to sweeten your sorbet, try blending in a little simple syrup or honey to taste.
