Ingredients
 

Ham and Swiss Puffs:

  • 3/4 cup Gluten Free Bisquick
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk

Smokey Honey Mustard:

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees, spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a medium size mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the swiss, ham, egg and buttermilk and mix until well combined.
  • Scoop into muffin tins and bake for 15 minutes.
  • To make the Smokey Honey Mustard, combine all ingredients until blended.
