This easy Grain Free Granola Bar recipe is the perfect no bake snack! Loaded with fruit, nuts and protein rich peanut butter this is the perfect heathy snack!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups honey roasted mixed nuts
  • 1 cup dried banana chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine the dry ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the fruit and nuts resemble course breadcrumbs. 
  • Add the wet ingredients and pulse a few more times until incorporated (see image in post)
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and press the bars into a lined 8x8 pan.
  • Chill at least 30 minutes until firm. 

These bars must be stored in the fridge.

    Notes

    Do not use a larger pan, such as a 9x9, the bars will be too thin.
