This Denver Omelette Breakfast Burrito is a delicious low carb breakfast! Fluffy eggs are combined with peppers, onions, ham and cheese and wrapped in a tortilla, making a perfect meal prep recipe!

Instructions
Preheat a skillet to medium heat, then add enough butter (or add a spritz of oil) to cover the skillet.
Place the tortilla in the skillet, then top it with the remaining ingredients, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the open tortilla 3-4 minutes. When it has started to brown pull the tortilla out of the skillet and wrap burrito style.
Notes
This recipe makes 1 serving. When made with a Carb Balance tortilla, each burrito has 6.8 net carbs.
