Ingredients
 

  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and cracked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely mined celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced dill
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, yellow or dijon
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely minced green onion
  • 2 teaspoons pickle juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon EACH salt, pepper and paprika

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the eggs. Add to a medium size mixing bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and gently stir.
  • Chill the mixture for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Add additional salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh dill and red onions if desired.
