Ingredients
 

  • 4 cups sliced Baby Cucumbers

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes

  • 3/4 cup feta, crumbled

  • 3/4 cup olives, any variety or mixed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

For the Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • In a small jar combine the oil, Italian seasoning lemon juice and garlic salt. Shake well and set aside. 
  • In a mixing bowl combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, olives and fresh dill. Toss with the dressing. 
  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes, then serve cold.
