Combine the dry ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the fruit and nuts resemble course breadcrumbs.
Add the wet ingredients and pulse a few more times until incorporated (see image in post)
Fold in the chocolate chips and press the bars into a lined 8x8 pan.
Chill at least 30 minutes until firm.
These bars must be stored in the fridge.
Do not use a larger pan, such as a 9x9, the bars will be too thin.
