Garlic Parmesan Pasta
This has become one of my favorite go to, quick and easy dinners. There is something so darn comforting about a nice creamy pasta dish that just can’t be beat. I would rather have that for dinner than nearly anything else! And they’re so easy! These One Pan Pastas make any night a breeze, and this pasta is no exception.
This Garlic Parmesan Pasta is everything you could ever want in a dinner! This indulgent gluten free dinner has a creamy wine sauce that is paired perfectly with cherry tomatoes! The best part? It only takes twenty minutes!

As always, here is a quick overview of the ingredients used in our Garlic Parmesan Pasta. For the complete recipe, just scroll to the bottom of the page.

- Cherry tomatoes, gluten free spaghetti
- Chicken broth, cooking wine
- Heavy cream, parmesan
- Oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt
How do you make this easy pasta?
You’ll love how easy this dinner comes together! First, heat a skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. Cook for one minute while stirring. Remove your tomatoes and garlic from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add the broth, wine and spices and bring to a boil. Break your noodles in half and set in the pan, stirring well. Cook for seven minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat and add the cream, tomatoes, garlic and 3/4 cup parmesan. Cover and let simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until most of the liquid is absorbed. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup parmesan and enjoy!
Do I have to use Gluten Free Pasta?
You don’t! We are completely gluten free in our house, so we made this recipe with traditional Gluten Free Spaghetti. But if you are not practicing a gluten free diet, you can use whatever type of pasta you prefer.
What should I serve with this garlic parmesan pasta?
Pasta goes with everything! First things first, a delicious salad! This White Bean Salad with Bacon is one of my absolute favorites. Next, bread! This Gouda and Jalapeno Bread is to die for. This vegetarian dinner recipe is delicious on it’s own, but if you wanted to add some meat, try this Grilled Pork Tenderloin, One Pan Tuscan Chicken or Perfect Roast Chicken!

This looks like the perfect quick weeknight dinner. I have not tried gluten free noodles yet, I think it is time.
Maebells says
Oh it is! I really like the Barilla brand, affordable and keeps great flavor and consistency. Some other brands we tried just fell apart!

I love one pot pastas.. they are seriously the best! And my husband is the same way -wheres the meat?! Some nights he lets me get away with none. Can’t wait to try this! YUM!
Maebells says
Anything made in one pan is a winner in my book! 🙂
Stacey+@+Bake.Eat.Repeat. says
That looks so good Annie, I love the bright colour from the cherry tomatoes! And that sounds a lot like meals without meat around here – my husband is always searching for some meat, he doesn’t think it’s a meal without meat, although I’m perfectly happy not always having meat for supper!
Maebells says
Isn’t it crazy! I even have to add steak or shrimp to a salad for him to eat it! And even then he still considers it a “side dish!” 🙂
grandbabycakes says
This looks like exactly what I want for dinner!
Maebells says
What is better than a big bowl of pasta!
Ashley | The Recipe Rebel says
There’s nothing I love more than a one-pot pasta dish! My hubby likes his meat, too, but he puts up with a meatless pasta dish every once in a while. I mean, there’s cheese. And carbs. Lol
Maebells says
Exactly!! Cheese + Carbs, what more do you really need?!
Michelle @ My California Kitchen says
Ha! I laughed out loud at this because my husband is the same exact way about needing meat with every meal. He always says he’s “just not full enough” without meat! So strange. I love this pasta! I will definitely be making this soon! Maybe with some roasted chicken for my husband…
Maebells says
Michelle that’s so funny! I kept saying, isn’t this good? and he said “oh yeah, and maybe it would be even better with some shrimp or something…” hahaha!

Sarah @ The Gold Lining Girl says
This really is showstopping! I love cherry tomatoes cooked til they do actually burst! Haha! I hadn’t considered stopping til they reach that point, but maybe I will! This does look like a simple and quick meal, but so delish and very gourmet-like! Looks great!
Maebells says
Thanks Sarah! I love burst tomatoes too!! Sooo much flavor!

I for one am a fan of really simple pasta dishes. I love plates that allow all the ingredients, including the pasta itself, to shine. This is an awesome recipe for that.
