Some nights, I’ve got all the time in the world and I’m able to make a super impressive dinner spread. Other nights, well, life gets in the way. I just don’t always have the time for a meal that takes a ton of time and effort! That’s why I LOVE pasta- it’s delicious, comforting and easy.
