Football and I don’t really mix. I’ve just never been into it! But growing up in the South, I’ve been to my fair share of games and I imagine my football watching days are not even close to over.
So, to make up for the inevitable tv shouting and ref cursing I’ll be subjected to in the upcoming months, I always make sure I have a spread to keep me happy! Chilis, dips, meatballs, you name it! If you’ve never prepared a gluten free meal before, I’ve got you covered! Transitioning to this diet can seem a little overwhelming, so here are a few items that I’ve used that have helped my family maintain a gluten free diet.
- Almond flour (this is also helpful if you are going low carb or keto)

- Gluten free oats (some people with Celiac cannot have oats even if they’re gluten free, so double check first)
